REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery of the last item in your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, protective packaging, accessories, and inserts included. Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, residue, perfume, or tampering cannot be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

To request a return, contact us at hello@angelgirlclub.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees may not be refunded except where required by law.

For hygiene reasons, items delivered in sealed packaging cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with, where permitted by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation of an order until the item has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the returns process.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:
– Used or worn hair accessories
– Items without original packaging
– Items damaged after delivery
– Opened hygiene-sealed items, where applicable
– Gift cards
– Final-sale items, where legally allowed

This policy does not limit your mandatory consumer rights under Italian or EU consumer law.
