We ship from our fulfillment partners and suppliers, including international suppliers. Some products may be imported from China and delivered directly to the customer.

Estimated delivery Italy: 7–10 business days
Estimated delivery EU: 7–10 business days
Estimated delivery UK/US: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. For international orders, import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or local taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, refusal, non-collection, or unpaid customs/import fees, we may deduct the original shipping cost and return handling costs from any refund.
